Our Hospital Centers appreciates the customer service we receive from McEnroe. When a problem arises with our transcription system, we are able to call and receive a call back within the hour. One of your employees was out at our location on Monday, performing phone training for our company. He was extremely professional and stayed to help on non training issues, long after it was time for him to go. He was very knowable and pleasant to work with.
