I have worked with McEnroe for over five years and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive in dealing with our telecommunications needs. But more than that, John & Kathleen Del Monte have fostered a business environment whereby their employees operate with a true sense of caring and customer service. Our Hospital Centers appreciates the customer service we receive from McEnroe. When a problem arises with our transcription system, we are able to call and receive a call back within the hour. They are either able to come to our department of access the system remotely and get us back up and running when we are down. The responses by your staff to our service calls are outstanding. I contacted companies of various shapes and sizes. At McEnroe Voice & Data, our sales rep took time to hear my concerns, patiently answer questions, and offer sound suggestions and advice. His expertise of the industry was invaluable. The high quality of service we received from him continued with the technicians taking time to identify programming needs and following through with the installation, making sure the system was working properly. They continue being available and responsive for follow up. We could not have received better service.
We finally decided to obtain a new Toshiba phone system. No other company could compare to the value and quality of the phones we purchased from McEnroe. Our sales person was wonderful. She did not pressure me to buy a system that we did not need and considered our budget. The install team was great. There were no charges or requests that they could not handle to fit our needs. They came back and made sure we were happy. I can honestly say we had the best sales person and install team possible. We look forward to staying with McEnroe.

They delivered and installed the system seamlessly so, when the phone company transferred the lines, our phones were up and running at the new location with no down time. One of your employees was out at our location on Monday, performing phone training for our company. He was extremely professional and stayed to help on non training issues, long after it was time for him to go. He was very knowable and pleasant to work with. I have been around in IT for a little while and know what it means to go above and beyond, he did that and more, great employee that you have there.
