The UniPhyer installation was absolutely painless and went smoothly as promised by McEnroe Voice & Data. McEnroe sent four cabling techs on the day of our cutover: two techs moved from desk to desk identifying the lines to be moved, while two more stayed in the phone closet and moved the connectors for each phone from the old analog system to the new UniPhyer/VoIP system. The switchboards were done within minutes, with the rest completed within two hours.
You really are the best…I have enjoyed working with the whole staff from start to finish. They were professional, and very dedicated to providing the support and services needed to get the system up and running on a very tight time schedule. One of your employees was out at our location on Monday, performing phone training for our company. He was extremely professional and stayed to help on non training issues, long after it was time for him to go. He was very knowable and pleasant to work with.
