Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job your guys have done here. It's a great system with very patient, responsive support. Mark has been great; Eileen and Will's instructions were perfect. One of the guys also told me it usually takes them about three weeks to do what they managed to accomplish in a week. We were in a heck of a pickle so we appreciate the rescue. You're awesome!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to convey what a good job that your company has done in every aspect of providing us with our new phone system. We are extremely happy with the nearly seamless installation over the last few days. Everything is functioning as promised, and we experienced no downtime during installation. One of your employees, Jon Travers, was out at our location on Monday, performing phone training for our company. Jon was extremely professional and stayed to help on non training issues, long after it was time for him to go. He was very knowable and pleasant to work with. I have been around in IT for a little while and know what it means to go above and beyond, Jon did that and more, great employee that you have there.

McEnroe Voice & Data was able to accommodate our moving day deadline on short notice. They delivered and installed the system seamlessly so, when the phone company transferred the lines, our phones were up and running at the new location with no down time... The UniPhyer installation was absolutely painless and went smoothly as promised by McEnroe Voice & Data. McEnroe sent four cabling techs on the day of our cutover: two techs moved from desk to desk identifying the lines to be moved, while two more stayed in the phone closet and moved the connectors for each phone from the old analog system to the new UniPhyer/VoIP system. The switchboards were done within minutes, with the rest completed within two hours.
